The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator, steep stairs will be required to access the apartment.

The space
Perched splendidly on the banks of river Thames, this character property boasts a grand presence accentuated by its own private yacht docked at the river's edge. With sweeping views of the tranquil river spread, the property offers a seamless blend of opulent living and waterfront allure.
The property offers 8 bedrooms: 3 in the main character house and 3 in the next door house. The 37-foot yacht holds an extra 2 bedrooms and a small living area and it’s mainly used for residence, however providing that bookings are made in advance and for an extra cost, our skipper awaits eager adventurers to embark on leisurely cruises along the winding waterways.

The property features a lavish pool, sauna and steam room, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. The overall length of the pool is roughly 5 meters, the width of the pool is 2.2 meters and the depth is approximately 1.2 meters. The depth of the Jacuzzi area is 80 cm. Approximately 4-6 people can sit in the Jacuzzi area at once. The pool and jacuzzi water is treated and quality tested regularly. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

The property also offers a small gym and games area.

House Rules: Party/Noise & Property Inspection Policy

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors, we strictly enforce a no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior policy at all times during your stay. This includes both indoor and outdoor areas of the property. No party allowed at the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty of £1,400.  Please ensure that you select the correct number of guests at the time of booking. Any additional, unauthorised guests will incur a charge of £20 per person, per night. The property will be thoroughly inspected after checkout. Any damage, missing items, or broken fixtures will be charged at actual replacement or repair cost.

We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file in the event that damages or penalties exceed the security deposit amount.  

Any issues with the stay or property needs to be highlighted within 3 hours of arrival/checkin time whichever is earlier.
